The #TrinityLiveWell Challenge

Why the #Trinitylivewell Challenge?

For the month of August, we are challenging one another to Live Well. We believe that the repetition of spiritual disciplines transforms them from tasks to habits. And our prayer is that the habit to Live Well continues far beyond August.

So, what does it mean to live well?

In Colossians 3:11-15, Paul shares some insight into how we can Live Well. We can apply his teachings to our personal and spiritual lives today:

• To Live Well, is to remember it’s not all about you.

  • Take time to focus on the needs of others.

• To Live Well, is to have an attitude that will positively influence the attitudes of others.

  • An attitude of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.

• To Live Well, is to share Christ’s hope with the world around us.

  • Having a sensitivity for those who are hurting.

• To Live Well, is to become a person of peace.

  • A new creation living completely within the peace of God.

• To Live Well, is to be thankful in all things.

  • An expression of gratitude for God’s faithful provision.

How can you participate in the Challenge?

As we focus on what it means to Live Well, we can use the challenge on social media to create positive change in the world around us. We encourage you to use #TrinityLiveWell when posting so others can see the way God is working in your life.

You could share:

• An experience where God shows you what it means to Live Well.

• A lesson learned from when you don’t Live Well.

• Something you are thankful for.

• Ways you are seeking peace in chaotic times.

• An opportunity you have to bring hope to others.

• An encouraging message for others to Live Well.
